We realize that equipment malfunctions on the job site are both costly and frustrating.  We are available to answer questions and troubleshoot over the phone with field personnel at any time after the purchase.

Our pump head carries a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.  All related equipment carries a 30 day warranty.

Rugged field conditions can be hard on any equipment.  We seldom recommend replacing any damaged equipment as re-building even severely damaged equipment is almost always more economical.

Should any repairs be necessary, our service department is prompt and reasonable.  Normal turn-around for repairs is 1 week.  Overnight service is available.
